Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Fruma Resnick holds degrees in education. As founder and director of the Chabad Hebrew School and the Gan Chabad Preschool, Fruma is a passionate teacher, delivers workshops to Jewish educators, and is a consultant to many Hebrew Schools. Fruma’s two acclaimed curriculums “Mitzvahs I Can Do” and “My Holiday Adventure Book” are used in hundreds of Hebrew Schools around the world.
Fruma delivers classes, has trained over 100 Bat Mitzvah girls, hosts celebratory communal Shabbat and holiday celebrations, runs the Jewish Women’s Circle, and offers personal guidance and support to the women of the Tri Valley’s Jewish community.
Additionally, Fruma also sits on the executive committee of Chabad’s International Conference of Shluchos.
Fruma is the mother of nine and, together with her husband Rabbi Raleigh Resnick, lives in Pleasanton, CA.
